Looking for a roommate to live with me in a 2 BR basement suite starting Sept 1! Location is a 5-10 min walk from Mayfair Mall. Easy access to the 6 bus route and various other buses. Close to a gym, a couple of grocery stores, restaurants, and a bakery!

Rent is 1050/month, plus utilities and internet. Laundry is shared with the upstairs occupants and there is no charge to use the machines. No pets are allowed in the unit.

I’m looking for a kind and friendly female (or any non-male person) roommate. I’m in my late 20s so someone in that age group would be perfect!
