Hi! My name’s Chloe:) I’m looking for a female or non-binary individual to take over my lease in December or January!

The building is called the Elmhurst, the suite is on the 10th floor and is honestly really big for 2 people but s o beautiful. There’s 2 balconies (one in your room if you want it!) and one overlooking downtown. There’s 2 bus stops right outside the front and government Center LRT is a 15 min. walk. I walk to MacEwan everyday and it’s just over 15 mins. from the time I leave to the time I’m in class.

You’d be living with my roomie and her tortoise-shell cat. They’re both super super sweet! My roommate works full-time and pretty much keeps to herself (but always offers to share her mom’s homemade cinnamon buns:D)

I really really love this place, but something’s come up in my personal life and I need to move south side to help out more. I can pretty much furnish the bedroom, office, and living room if you need. I’ll be selling things over the next month, otherwise you can have it all. Lmk if you want some of the furnished pictures and I’ll send them:)

I’m a 1st year Nursing student at Macewan. I have a small dog and a cat named Scentscy:)
