Subletting my room from August 1st-31st!
This is a beautiful private room on 617 Parliament Street in a house that you would share with two 20-year-old women. Food Basics is a 5 minute walk away as well as lots of lovely restaurants and coffee shops. 30 minute walk or 15 minute transit to UofT campus. We share the second and third floors of the house, which include two bathrooms, in-unit laundry, and a dishwasher. Your room will include a mattress and chest of drawers. Rent is $980 all inclusive.
