I have a basement room for rent. It’s furnished. You get your own bathroom & there’s common space downstairs ( Rec room & Laundry Room). Common space upstairs, there’s a large eat-in kitchen and living room. If you have a car there’s parking available. If you do not have a car, the house is on a transit route & close to U of Manitoba.

I’m a Mom of 2 kids (10 & 8 years old). We are rarely in the basement except to do laundry & get food out of the freezer. We do have a cat.
