- 2 balconies (with an amazing view see the photos)
- 1.5 bathroom (one full bathroom and one toilet)
- 1 large living room
- kitchen ( includes refrigerator, stove, airfryer and all utilities….) -Tv, BBQ grill, poker set and bunch of stuff.
Location:
- 1 minute walk (literally) from Papineau station.
- 1 minute walk from Metro Plus grocery store. Maxi is now under construction right opposite our apartment.
- 10 minute walk from Berri-UQAM station.
- Super easy access to McGill, UQAM and Concordia universities, the old port, and downtown in general.
- Several restaurants and bars in the neighborhood.
