Overlooking Dundas Square, Dundas Station, TMU, Eaton Center, Metro Grocery Store, and tons of restaurants/takeout food locations. <2 min walk to TMU campus ~10 minutes to UofT & St. George campus Amenities: The building is brand new and accessible and includes a full-floor gym, lounge, study areas, terrace, and many amazing amenities. Rooms: The rooms are fully furnished, each with its own private bathroom, closet, a full-size bed, desk, and chair. The common living space has a sofa, chair, coffee table, Smart TV, dining table, balcony access, kitchen, and washer/dryer. The room available is the master, it has floor-to-ceiling windows on two sides with a great view of Dundas square, with a full bathroom attached. This room is going for $2000, fully furnished + utilities and wifi included.

I will be a fourth-year student (20M) come September at UofT studying in Rotman Commerce, I usually keep to myself and I enjoy playing basketball and watching shows/movies.

The other roommate is slightly older (36M) and is attending George Brown in the Human Resources program. He came from the U.K. where he previously worked in Investment Banking and is also pretty chill and will keep to himself. Both of us are very clean as well.
