Private room for rent in a beautiful 2 bedroom 1 bath unit. I am looking for a lease take over from Mid August or September 1st until May 1st. Option to continue on a month-to-month basis after May 1st. Entire apartment is furnished with a few option on the furniture in your private room:

1. Pay $1500/month to keep the entire room furnished.

2. Pay $1400/month with the option to buy my furniture outright at a cheap cost compared to most others.

3. Pay $1400/month and I will have the room unfurnished so you can bring in your own things.
