Looking for someone (woman only) to take my room in a 2 bedroom apartment in St-Henri.

About the apartment:

• 5 minutes from Place St-Henri Metro station
• 2 minutes away from the lachine canal
• 7 minute walk to IGA and 20 minutes to Super C
• Looking to lease transfer for September 1st
• Rent is $832 a month (each)
• Wifi and hydro not included (we normally pay 60$ each)
• My room mate and I bought the applianced together so the new tenant must be willing to pay for half of the appliances
• i will be giving priority to those that want to purchase some of my furniture

• Mon colocataire et moi avons acheté l’électroménager ensemble, le nouveau locataire doit donc être prêt à payer la moitié des électroménagers
• je donnerai la priorité à ceux qui souhaitent acheter certains de mes meubles
