The rent includes both rooms, 1 bedroom (approximately 114 sq ft), and 1 separate living room space (basement) approximately 258 sq ft. Shared kitchen and upstairs bathroom/shower. 2 piece bathroom in basement by living room space. Both spaces are unfurnished. Kitchen is fully supplied (no dishwasher). Washing machine but no dryer. Within a 10 - 15 minute walk to GO Station, 5 - 10 minute walk to Burlington Centre. Access and use of backyard, BBQ. There is parking spot available but is limited during winter time. Shared responsibility with grass cutting and snow removal.

I’m a quiet 58 year man, lives with my wonderful Golden Retriever dog, we are not looking to add anymore pets to our place however. I’m a quiet person, don’t smoke, drink. Will have friends over on rare occasions. I’m fairly neat and tidy. Looking for a quiet, pleasant individual who is working and established.
