Street parking available behind the apartment, minutes from City park, the lake and all the attractions downtown.

Wifi and utilities are included, free laundry in the building. Deposit $400, rent $800 per month.

loud parties and doing hard drugs is not permitted. Smoking outside the building only. There is an expectation that you will help with the cleaning. Tenancy is month to month only.

Two males, friendly yet independent. They will respect your privacy and expect you to do the same.
