Move in date flexible. You will have the private bedroom, while sharing the common area (kitchen, washroom, balcony) with me (and my adorable dog). I’ll be staying in a divided part of the living room, as my dog can’t stay in a closed room. I am a friendly queer introvert and a recent PhD graduate from McGill U who sometimes work from home. The apartment photos are generic and provided by the Company, meaning that the apartment came semi-furnished (stove, fridge, dishwasher), but the place is now fully furnished. The room also has a walk-in closet, desk, chair, table, drawer, clock, and mattress (no bed). No parties or loud people, thanks!
