Bedrooms are not contiguous, offering silence and privacy. House is professionally cleaned monthly.

Common areas include kitchen, laundry, dining room, living room and outdoor deck facing a private yard. Sink and toilet for your own use, shower is shared.

Free parking on parking pad or street.

The townhouse is right outside the 138 bus to Crowfoot Station and only a 5 minute drive from the park-and-ride. Fast and easy access to downtown or out to the Rockies.

Everything you need within a 5-minute drive to Crowfoot Crossing shopping centre. Lots of parks and green spaces within walking distance. 15-minute drive to University of Calgary.

We pride ourselves on keeping our home clean and tidy, and we expect the same from our roommates. No parties, drugs, smoking, pets or visitors allowed.
