Room for rent in two floor 3 bedroom apartment with shared kitchen and living room, 1.5 bathroom. Would only be living with one other person. Ideal for someone who works from home and wants an office space as they would get an extra room for an office. This is an amazing place and lots of space for Toronto! Current roommate is leaving the country due to family emergency This is a two floor apartment with lots of natural light, lots of storage, and in between King and Queen, Dufferin and Lansdowne, so short walk to multiple transit. There is a cat, and unfortunately she doesn’t get along with other animals, even though I love animals! She is a very sweet cat to humans. Rent includes all utilities, a dishwasher, laundry, AC and internet. Tenant insurance (about 15$ a month) is extra and required by landlord.

I am a girl in early 30s, working from home most of the week. Respectful, clean, and communicative. I’m vegetarian, but don’t mind if you are not. I also have a Costco membership. Looking for someone (woman preferred) who is respectful of common areas/noise, communicative, clean, enjoys watching a movie together occasionally, enjoys cats, and willing to split household items (toilet paper, spices, supplies etc).
