Awesome private bedroom available ASAP (August 1st). Ideal because it is a month to month lease, however if you want a year long lease you can discuss that with the roommates.

Super ideally located, nestled between bloor west and college west on St Clarens ave. 10 minute walk to lanesdown station. 5 minute walk to the 506 and 505 streetcars. Plenty of buses around too!

Dufferin mall is nearby, lots of grocery stores, nightlife, all you could need/want!

I would need first + last month rent deposit

Pretty much everything is included except:

• wifi ($30/month)
• AC (I have a portable AC which I can leave for you, it cost me $500 and is a very nice unit, so i would ask for 200 for it. It also doubles as a heater for the winter) -in unit laundry (there is a laundry mat less than a 5 minute walk away)

Everything else is included in the rent, so your total rent including wifi comes to about 1365/month!

Your roommates? Two young professionals. One works in the film industry and one works in tech. Super chill guys who have become close friends of mine. Unfortunately I have to move for work.
