The house comes with a nice kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bathrooms ( both have shower and toilet and one of them will basically be your private one as your room is the only one located in the main floor and one of the bathrooms is on main floor), a backyard with some potential to make it cute. Your bedroom will come unfurnished. The room has a window. The rent is 1050$ which includes everything utilities, internet, and laundry on site (free).
