Barrette Street

We’ve been renting this house for 4 years and are looking to replace our roommate who is leaving Sept 1. We like to jam (desert rock, etc.) and have a nice jam space in the basement. We have a few late nights and partying here but generally things are quite tame, we’re into gaming, cooking, movies etc. We’re just south of Beechwood, about a 20 minute walk to the downtown market, 5 minutes to Metro grocery, 1 minute walk to bus stops for routes 6,7,19,20. Includes access to internet/WiFi (1G fibre), laundry (washer/dryer), kitchen (modern fridge, gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher), shared living room with projector and sound system, parking space, storage space, jam space. Utility bills are shared (gas, hydro, water, internet), total for bills averages $150/month each (gas heating is higher in winter). Option to pay $1000 rent with utilities included. Sorry, no dogs/cats; ours cats are older and it would be too much stress for them.

Dylan is a manager of a local ISP and into web developing and coding, playing guitar. Zaan (Matt) works as a web developer, audio tech, and bassist. Kirby and Porkchop are our house cats.
