You will receive a fully furnished room as well as your own bathroom, heated underground parking is available should you need it.

Hello! My name is Josh, I am a 2nd year Conservation Biology student at the U of A. I am outgoing and friendly, though I typically like to keep “home” lowkey and relaxing after a long day’s work at school. I’m also a digital artist in my free time. My only real rules are that you keep the apartment clean and tidy. I also prefer this place to be quiet after 10 on most days. I’m not much of a partier or a drinker.
