A large room in a family home is available now on a Month to Month basis.

This room is on the 2nd floor, in a shared home located in the Lower East of Hamilton. It comes fully furnished, large closet space, large bright window & you have access to a spacious clean and tidy kitchen and bathroom.

All the utilities are inclusive in the rent as well as high-speed Wi-Fi and commonly used household items.

It is walking distance to main bus routes (route# 1, 2, 3, 10, 11, 41, 41A). Also within walking distance are several grocery stores and parks, many dine-in and take out restaurants, Laundry, Beer/LCBO stores, malls & many amenities.

I’m sorry but I can only accommodate single occupancy, non smokers and no pets due to allergies.

I am a home owner who resides in the ho9me on the main level. I rent out 3 rooms on the 2nd floor of my home. I like to have a clean and tidy home and as it’s shared living, I expect people clean up after themselves and be respectful of space and noise for others within the home.
