The residence is located in walking distance to: Moncton Hospital, NBCC, George Dumont, UdeM, Codiac Transpo Bus Stop, Groceries, Plaza & Amenities. Easy access is available to the YMCA, Oulton College, and Crandall University via Codiac Transpo.

Heat, Lights, Water, WiFi, Washer & Dryer (free), lawn care, and snow removal of driveway is included; House-Matrs are responsible for snow shoveling of walkways and stairs.

The residence is located in the Moncton Hospital Area, between McSweeney Ave & Churchill St, and is a 1-2 minute walk to the Moncton Hospital & Bus Stop.

Preference is given to a lady who is completing 1 or more years of study, and/or work placement, and requires long term accommodations.

Rooms are not suitable for: double occupancy, couples, children, pets, or smokers.

TO OBTAIN ADMISSION THE FOLLOWING ARE REQUIRED:

A Home-Share House-Mate Application, as well as, proof of: Income, Employment, Post Secondary Admission, Work/Study Permit , References, First and Last Month Rent (Security Deposit) are required to obtain admission pre-approval prior to viewing.

Only serious applicants need apply. Viewing will not be scheduled prior to admission pre-approval.

Move-in/out Cleaning Fee, (one time fee, payable with security deposit): $50
