This is a short-term rental for the period September 1, 2024 to May 31, 2025.

Own furnished room with porch in a triplex. Share bath with one other and kitchen with two others. Includes heat, a/c and electricity. Laundry facilities available on site for an additional 20$ per month.

House is walking distance from three bus routes. Two run twenty four hours. Close to two public libraries and three grocery stores and one major mall.

We have a cat so you must be comfortable around them. Preferance will be given to a students who attends onsite classes or working adults who are not 100% work from home.

You will be living with full- time female student and her mother. We are both relatively quiet. You should be too.
