Water is included in the rent And we pay Half of the Elexicon Electric bill so another $50 each of us pay
so you pay approx $80 a month for utilities so budget $100 for utilities each of us pay on top of rent.

The room is located near Durham College CONSUMERS ROAD campus . Located near Brock Street and Dundas in Whitby. In a Triplex building, so building is on 3 levels and 6 apartment units. The apartment is 1100 sq feet of laundry in the basement or can go to the laundry not far away.

Nice area for walks - lots of people walking their dogs I have a small dog 5lb old quiet friendly I Work from HOME for my job PERSON MUST Someone working*** Require FULL PAYMENT OF First and Last to move in. The building is pretty quiet everyone has lived here for a while Bus stops within walking distance, close to highways, stores, etc.

I am a female have a shitzu older blind sleep a lot very quiet house trained and friendly. No one else just a 2 bedroom apt with 1 person me :-) You are Renting your Room only for you to reside in- Not the whole place. Shared kitchen and bathroom You are responsible for your Own food, toiletries , cooking, transportation, etc. You do your thing renting your room and I do my thing rest of apartment etc. So we have our own boundaries and out of each others spaces.
