The condo is 1 of 3 units on a quiet, pretty street in North Van surrounded by plenty of flowers and trees, including fruit trees and herbs. This is a very peaceful area, with plenty of amenities such as cafes, restaurants, and grocery stores within walking distance. Park and Tilford is a 10 minute walk away, which is very convenient for grocery and cafe runs. The main area of the house is an open plan living room and kitchen, with large windows that allow in plenty of sunlight. The bedroom is a good medium size with a large closet, located down a small set of stairs to the side of the house which allows for extra privacy. Main bathroom is shared with 2 other people. In suite laundry is included. Bus stops are a 5-12 minute walk depending on where you want to go; a 10 minute walk to get the direct bus downtown, 5 minutes to get to Grouse Mountain or Phibbs Exchange, and 12 minutes to get the R5 to Lonsdale Quay or Park Royal. The lease is for 10 more months, but if you need to leave earlier within the 10 months subletting is allowed.
