I’m looking to rent this room from 1st of August. The apartment is located in the heart of downtown on a high floor with a beautiful view of the city and CN Tower. I live in this apartment currently and am moving out soon, hence am looking for a replacement. There is one female roommate with whom you would potentially be sharing common spaces - the kitchen and washroom. She’s an upper-year student who goes to TMU.
