I am looking for another woman preferably 3rd year (or upper year) student or young professional. One room in a 2 bedroom apartment in a very safe neighbourhood 20 min walk to Uottawa and right across a bus stop. 15 min walk to lees Station. Utilities are not included and it is unfurnished. No weed, no smoking. I am looking for someone clean and respectful. It’s a one year lease. Note: I am not a tenant yet and there will be not cat in the place in September so no pets. I am a 21 year old science student at the university of Ottawa. I found a place for 2200$ unfurnished and utilities not included in Old Ottawa East 20 min walk to the university it’s a very safe neighbourhood I have met the landlord and he is great. It will be 1100$ each + charges. I would like to keep our water, heat, wi-fi under a 100$ (each) if possible. I am looking for someone clean, respectful, quiet, mature and considerate. When we start living together I would like us to establish rules and a cleaning schedule for common areas. I am organized and very busy so I like to establish boundaries and expectations. I do like to go out occasionally, and have friends over 1 or 2 a month. I expect the same as long as we warn each other. I am uncomfortable with guests staying over for more than a night if it wasn’t discussed because It feels like having an extra roommate. Finally I want no smoking and no weed. If you think we would make a good match do not hesitate to reach out but if you don’t please don’t take any engagement you cannot respect as I like to get along with my roommates.
