Dilawar's room

This is a house two blocks from Steeles & Young. The back of the house is rented to tenants. Your room would be located in the front of the house. You would share the kitchen, dining room and bathroom with one other roommate. There are two other bedrooms in the unit but they are reserved for family when they visit.

The owner of the property is a retired man. He has his own half bathroom but you would share a full bathroom. He is pretty quite, spends his time on the internet and is hanging out in the Dining room, kitchen or living room. Ideally, you are an outgoing person that likes the idea of someone living in the same space and might be interested to chat now an then. If things work out he would likely want to extend the monthly accomodations.
