The condo unit is 2 bedroom 2 bathroom, owned by my parents. I currently live in the guest bedroom, with my private bathroom in the shared area. I am renting out the main bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a walk-in closet. The bedroom is currently furnished with a Queen-size bed, two nightstands, and one bookcase. All furniture shown in the photos are available. The room is move-in ready! I am flexible in setting up furniture and rearranging the space. I also have one twin-size bed available. The unit also comes with a parking space. The move-in date is flexible and the rent is also negotiable.

The building itself is in a fantastic location for those working in downtown Toronto. Within 5-minute walk, many major supermarkets are accessible (Loblaws, Shoppers drug mart, Farm Boy, Dollarama). There are many cafes and restaurants right downstairs. Other facilities like gyms, dental offices, banks, public library, and the lakeshore trail are all within 10 minute walking distance. Two streetcar lines going north, and one streetcar line going to Union station. About 20 minute walk to Union. Driving around the area is also very easy since we are close to Lakeshore Blvd and the Gardiner Expressway.

My name is Lorna Lan. I recently graduated my master’s degree in electrical engineering from University of Toronto. For the past eight years, I have been studying at University of Toronto, and I moved to this location three years ago. Currently I am starting a business while spending a lot of time in my small balcony and home garden. I have a cat, his name is Bidoo, and he’s almost five years old. He is the most affectionate and quite cat ever. My hobbies also include working out, going climbing and hiking, and configuring electronic systems.

I keep my place clean and tidy. My last roommate was my best friend from university, and she moved out to pursue a higher degree education a few months ago. I am looking for someone who is also clean and likes animals and plants, and we can hang out at all the fun spots in the city from time to time. I am open to other furry-friend owners (conditioned on our pets get along - Bidoo never lived with a dog before and he is very skittish). There are many green spaces for dog-walking right downstairs, but the unit might be too small for a big dog.
