Ryan's room

Private room on the second floor facing west to the backyard. House is a 2.5 bathroom. The house has a legal basement suite which is not mine but we have the main and top floor. Backyard and front yard are ours. and there is plenty of street parking. My car and my gf’s car occupy the double garage but If you need to use the garage, arrangements can be made, along with storage as well.

I am a 30 year old man who works in law enforcement; therefore, I expect potential roommates to be of good moral behaviour. My girlfriend also lives with me and we have a small dog and his temperament is quiet and very friendly.

We are a quiet couple and don’t smoke or host parties. When I am home, I mostly watch TV or game.
