Full use of condiments, detergent, dish towels, dining room, kitchen and living room. Includes electric, heat, hot water, WIFI, condiments, Smart roku TV., cutlery, dishes, dish washer, air fryer, microwave, toaster oven, cutlery, furniture, and use of my non allergenic cat. Bedroom is furnished except for your bed and curtains, towels, and food. I do keep home made bread, home made jam and cookies around to share. Parking needs a few months notice. Damage deposit must be paid to hold.
