Located in the second floor of 1920 14 Avenue NE Calgary Mayland Heights, this apartment building is nearby from the University of Calgary and SAIT Collage, Alberta Children’s Hospital, Calgary International Airport, the highway, many shopping centers, and plenty of other amenities. This spacious fully furnished bedroom is equipped with a private bathroom complete with a bathtub. The building is right next to a bus stop, making this a perfect rental for students. All utilities are included except for WiFi. The living room and microwave are shared with the tenant. Kitchen may be occasionally used. This unit includes in suite laundry which is limited to one day of washing per week. Each room is for single occupancy. No smoking/Drugs permitted as well as pets and partying. No guests are allowed inside the unit, however there is a place for guests in the reception area for any visitors. Looking for FEMALE student applicants, since it’s a shared accommodation with the female tenant. The tenant who shares the accommodation is usually traveling, so you will often times have the apartment to yourself. If there are any unanswered questions feel free to contact me.
