Property is super close to Algonquin, bus stops and grocery stores. Utilities except for hydro and wifi are included - this will be split between the three of you. In house washer and dryer unit available. Free parking. House is furnished except for the bedroom you’ll move into.

Two other lovely ladies in their mid 20’s will be your roommates in this basement unit. One is a student and the other is a working professional. They enjoy hanging out and alone time! Respectful and clean. Looking for one more person to fill the third room!
