Basement apartment super close to Algonquin, bus stop & grocery stores and restaurants, & there is free parking. All utilities included except for hydro and wifi which will be split between the three of us equally. I am willing to sell some furniture along with my room.

I will be leaving my room within a shared basement unit in September. There are two lovely ladies in their mid twenties living here currently who are eager to meet you! One is vegan and a student and the other is not and is a working professional. While respecting time alone, they enjoy movie nights and hangin out! We are 420 friendly, like to be very clean and prefer to not have animals in the house due to past experiences.
