Hi there, I live in a house where I rented a room in it, but by 1st of Oct the owner will travel for 2 years and I will have to rent the main floor with someone. So Either you get 1 master bedroom with private washroom or you get 2 small rooms with washroom, total rent for the main floor is $2000 + utilities 60% because there is a tenant in the basement.

There is a huge backyard and frontyard, the house is fully furnished, and we can move some furnature to the garage.

I’m a person who cares a lot about having a clean place, no parties, I respect the privacy of others and expect the same. I don’t smoke, I only vape and not in the house.
