Newly renovated basement suite and new appliances. Gas stove, convenient laundry in-suite! Private room, unfurnished (room has its own personal key as well). Arbour Lake is a very safe suburban neighbourhood, parking available or the bus-stop is right across the street! Bus is approximately a 5 minute drive away from the train station, convenient for fellow students of UofC! It is close to many grocery stores and restaurants, Crowfoot has places such as Co-op, Safeway, Indigo, the Cinema, and many other stores! There are plentiful walking paths nearby, a very convenient and beautiful area.

This is a lease takeover as the previous roommate had unforeseen circumstances and is unable to continue the lease with myself, and my other roommate. Our lease is until March 31st, and we are looking for someone for September 1st. We split the rent three ways (price of the basement suite is $2000.00); the room available is slightly smaller so the base-price is $650.00 + utilities (internet included), so the price on average is within the range of $700.00-$750.00 or so, but under $750.00 generally (the basement is very energy efficient!)

3. 2 most recent pay-stubs.

My name is Aura (26), and I am a full-time student at UofC (third year!) as well as a cosmetician part-time and full-time during the summer. I have a very adorable pet lizard, as I love reptiles! Shar (33) is a working professional and is a supervisor at her workplace. We both are very clean individuals, work orientated, and very quiet.
