I have a room in my townhouse available for rent from Sept 1, 2024. This spacious three-bedroom, one-and-a-half-bathroom house has lots of natural light. Ideal for a student attending college or university in the fall/winter semesters or young professional (international students also welcome). A few minutes walk to Richmond and Grenon, and great access to buses, small shops, movie theatre, restaurants, Britannia Bay and the Bayshore Mall. The kitchen, dining room, living room, backyard and bathrooms are common space. The basement is available for basic storage as it’s unfinished. The room can be furnished or unfurnished, depending on your preference. It currently has a queen mattress, box spring, bedding, desk and computer chair. There is a big built-in closet as well. Rent is $850 per month, all included, no parking.
