The property/unit it’s a 2 bedroom 1 bath unit second floor apartment, you will be taking the other bedroom. Large living area, good size room with walk in closet, close to bus routes for Uvic/uptown 2 mins away, downtown right at the doorstep of the building, building is well maintained, parking is 85 per month, coin operated laundry. Unfortunately no pets allowed in the building.

My partner (Dipayan, 27m) and I (Sky, 28m), we like to play video games, boardgames, watch tv, and go out.

I work at a Real Canadian Superstore overnight so we would need someone that is quite during the day. My partner works at London Drugs and Uvic as well as being a student there.

We prefer a single person but can do couples.
