About the room

I live in a lovely neighborhood called Emerald Woods in the South end of Ottawa. We are 7 minutes away from the airport. Our neighborhood has lots of recreation facilities, retail stores and close to Transit. Former tenants attended either Universities (30 min) or language schools. Others were working.

About the roomies

I rent up to 3 rooms. I live here with my daughter who works for the Federal Government. I currently have a young student from Taiwan who will be leaving in August and a Jordanian young male who has been living here for 2years. We are kind and easy going folk, few rules in the house but mostly to respect each other and be considerate. We share our life with 2 small French Bulldogs who are very friendly and funny. We can provide meals and would discuss this option. All utilities, laundry and soap, are included along with cleaning supplies for maintenance.
