Private bedrooms available in a beautifully renovated spacious 4 bedroom house. The room is on the second floor with large windows and great sun light. Three male young working professionals in their twenties living in the house. The bathroom with glass shower and vanity with storage is shared with one other individual. There are 3 full bathrooms and one powder room is the home.

There is lots of space for everyone to have their privacy and large common spaces. We share the kitchen, dining room, living room, main floor powder room, basement laundry with sink tub and basement rec room with fireplace and wet bar.

There is also a large back yard with two sitting areas and a 4 car driveway.

All utilities, cable and internet are included.

We are two brother living in the house with another working professional. We are looking for another house mate to share a great space and enjoy life as our fourth housemate finishes an internship and is going back to school. We respect each other’s privacy while enjoying spending time together. We’re easygoing when it comes to living together and yet hardworking when it comes to our professional goals.
