For rent a private room in a 2 bedroom and a living room appartment 2nd floor, fully renovated, 30 seconds away walking distance to the bus going to the Angrignon metro, 2 minutes away walking from plaza Sami Fruits, Metro, Maxi and SAQ and 2 minutes away driving from Mercier bridge, Highway 20 and 720.
There is a washer, dryer, fridge, stove, microwave available in the appartment to be used with the other tenant (girl). Electricity(hot water, heating) cost to be split in two.
Looking for a girl (woman) who should be serious, clean, respectful reliable and quiet.
About the roomies
I am an Indian student and worker in Canada. The building has 4 apartments in total one of which is occupied by the landlord. It is a quiet area and so are the people living in the other apartments.
