About the room
I’m currently looking for a roommate: I live in a 2 bed- 2 bath beautiful condo, the 14th floor, I’ve been living here for almost 2 years. Unfortunately, my roommate is moving out. one of the rooms comes with ensuite bathroom, the other one has a private bathroom not ensuite though. I’m flexible when it comes which room (I think it’s fair to have like $75 difference: so the room with ensuite bathroom: $1350, the other one: $1275). The building has great amenities: gym, terrace with bbq area, outdoor pool, party room. One parking spot can be available too. The place is close to many bus stops, Pharmacy School, and the ion. The view from both rooms and the living room is breathtaking, there’s no nearby buildings that are close to any window, which means you have more privacy than ever. The living room is semi furnished as I have a coffee table and a TV (the couch is my roommate’s). hydro is extra but other UTILITIES are included.
About the roomies
I’m a working professional but I’m open to live with either a working professional or a student. I’m easy going and pretty flexible, and our landlord is amazing.
