This apartment is a spacious and bright two bedroom two bathroom apartment where you will be occupying the second bedroom and bathroom. The building is brand new and includes lots of amenities including a sauna, fitness room and more. This apartment is just over 900 square feet and includes a large balcony. A parking spot is also included in the rent price as well as all utilities are included in the price, the only extra cost will be internet. The apartment itself is close to a couple subway stops as well as TMU, The Eaton Centre and St.Lawerence Market.
