Private room in a ground-level condo, 3kms from downtown, backing onto a forest and the Yukon River. Extremely quiet and peaceful location with walking trails around. Single size bed, reading lamp, and closet in room. You’ll have your own small bathroom. Utilities and unlimited internet included in price. Parking is on the street, about a one-minute walk outside the condo compound. Sorry, no block heater hookup! The ceilings are 10 ft high, which matters to some people.

My husband is a carpenter from Quebec, and I am a baker from Ontario. I’m pretty quiet and hermit-like, but Max is more outgoing and friendly, so you’ll get the best of both worlds with us. We have no pets, don’t smoke or do drugs, and are very respectful human beings. I play cello and Max plays (electric) drums sometimes.
