My current roommate has just accepted a new job elsewhere and will be moving out at the end of the summer, so I’m looking for a roommate to take over 1 bedroom and 1 private bathroom (ensuite) in a shared 2 bed 2 bath condo.

The condo is in a great location, at the beginning of the colwood strip beside burger king, making for short commute to langford, metchosin, or saanich.

Ideally looking for someone tidy, a working professional or student, and easy to get along with.

Sorry no pets as I already have a medium sized dog who prefers to be the “only child” 😅

A criminal record check, reference, proof of income and a 1-year lease required.

I’m tidy and easy to get along with! I love the outdoors, I’m usually out camping any weekend when the weather’s nice. In my off time I take my dog Aspen for walks and go to the gym. I do like socializing and sharing meals sometimes, but also enjoy time to myself and am fairly quiet.
