Private bedroom and own bathroom (not en-suite) in a 3 bedroom semi-detached home near Guelph Line and QEW. The room can be made fully furnished or you can bring your own furniture. It has a spacious closet, a large window, and is big enough for a queen-sized bed. The house is off a main intersection, very close to public transit, the highway, the mall, and a short distance to several public libraries and community centres.

I’m a 40 yo professional living with my 5 year-old in a family-friendly and quiet neighbourhood just south of the QEW. We’ve been here 3+ years and love it and have become very close to the people in this community. I’m seeking a quiet and responsible professional with a sweet disposition to share our beautiful home. You will have your own room and bathroom. We will share the rest of the home, including a finished basement (if you want to set up a wfh area), laundry, a full kitchen, an open-concept living room, and parking spaces on the driveway (there is room for 2 cars).
