3-bedroom apartment on Rue Wellington on the 2nd floor of a small building. The apartment is 5minutes from metro LaSalle (H4G1T2). Close to maxi, and other grocery stores. All furniture shown in the video is included with the place. Rent includes all utilities.
There is 1 room available, the biggest one is $640 (1:53 on video). The apartment is by a rental agency. There is a $150 application fee that I have paid, so you’ll have to pay $50 as a one-time fee. One month rent is also required as a deposit.
Included in rent: Hydro, Washer, dryer, free unlimited wifi internet, free street parking
Non-smoking accommodations. Unfortunately, no pets allowed too.
