The apartment is 5 minutes from metro LaSalle (H4G1T2). Close to maxi, and other grocery stores.
The room is 14m². The room will come unfurnished but some furniture currently in the room can be bought from the owner. The room has a private access to a balcony and has a large double wardrobe.
Utilities are not included but typically are between $60 to 80 per person (varies by month and winter).
Non-smoking accommodations. Unfortunately, no pets allowed too.

I am an Electrical Engineering Undergrad in my 4rd year. I like biking, exploring the outdoors, and binge-watching shows. Always up for an activity or chat but as students, both of us needed silence to focus and study so would prefer quiet folks. Dhruvil, 3rd year IT at Lasalle. he’s super chill and calm, into gaming, and loves discovering new restaurants. He’s easy to talk to and always up for a chat too.
We both like to keep things respectful, clean, and friendly. Ideally looking for someone who is clean, responsible, around our age (20 to 30) and who we can be friends with, not just roommates. We are both vegetarian so if you are too, big plus. if not, no worries at all - our last roommate wasn’t too and all was good.
