The apartment is 5 minutes from metro LaSalle (H4G1T2). Close to maxi, and other grocery stores. All furniture shown in the video is included with the place.

The price is all-inclusive and includes the rent of the apartment, the furniture and home appliances, access to high speed Internet, electricity, hot water, heating and civil insurance.

One month rent is required as a deposit.

The room is 14m² . There is a large double wardrobe, queen size bed and a big study table. • Fully equipped kitchen: stove, oven, fridge, microwave, pots, dishes, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, utensils and everything you need to cook. • TV including a Netflix subscription. • In-unit washer and dryer. • The room has a big window and has private access to a balcony. There is a backyard downstairs the balcony.

Non-smoking accommodations. Unfortunately, no pets allowed too.

Your 2 other roommates are students at Concordia and Lasalle. I am an Electrical Engineering Undergrad in my 3rd year. I like biking, exploring the outdoors, and binge-watching shows. Always up for an activity or chat but as students, both of us needed silence to focus and study so would prefer quiet folks.
