About the Room:

• The available room is on the 3rd floor.
• While the room itself is unfurnished (the pictured bed has been removed), it’s a blank canvas ready for you to make it your own.
• You’ll be sharing a bathroom with just one other housemate in the adjacent upstairs bedroom. Financial Details:
• Rent: $590 per month
• Utilities: $55-75 per month (varies with the season, with higher costs in the winter due to electric heating) Housemate Criteria:
• No smoking/vaping
• No pets
• No car (the house is right on a bus line on 64 Ave)
