Welcome! Our quaint little home is located in the heart of greek town a 3 minute walk away from Pape station with access to the grocery store, the gym, and restaurants/shopping, all within walking distance! The neighbourhood is super safe and a quick subway ride to major universities such as UofT and TMU. Utilities and wifi are included in the price of rent as well as in suit laundry! Unfortunately there is no AC provided :( however you can install a window unit if you like! Room is unfurnished but all kitchen appliances and essentials are provided and shared :). Lease will be starting on September first with a move out date of April 30th. Last months rent will be included in your deposit.

Hello we are Eva and Madeleine and we are so excited to find a new person to share our space with! A little bit about both of us: We are both students so we are ideally looking to share the space with another student who identifies as female or non-binary. We are in the same program in university studying film production and are passionate about art, music, fun and cute things^^. We both really enjoy gardening and plants (although not expertly) and have a monstera in our kitchen that we co-parent! We like to keep the house clean and hang out with each other but also do our own thing :) We would love to learn more about you and see if our living habits align !
