The building includes a gym and rooftop patio 🌞 You would have your own room + private bathroom, with street parking available. Heat and water included, Electricity and wifi would be split 50/50.

I’m a 28 y/o at AUArts and also working part time as a nurse ! I’m super busy during the school year but also love trying new things, visiting coffee shops, painting and baking. Im pretty easy going and would love to have a friend as a roomie too.
