Nicely appointed room with large closet, dresser,bed, full length mirror, bookcase/shelf space and folding wall-table/desk. Clean, organized.
Outdoor pool and bbq area. Indoor pool and access to (simple) gym/workout room in sister bldg. 1 block over.
About the roomies
I am the leaseholder and reside in the apartment. I work from home, there is one other female who is in a post grad program and on an internship.
As everyone can get stressed-out at work or school my goal is to maintain a stress free, comfortable and happy home. A safe, welcoming retreat from the challenges of the day. A good fit will be someone who is:
