Parkland Heights

The room is in an owner occupied trailer in Spruce Grove. Your room is at the opposite end of the trailer. The full bath is right outside the bedroom. All utilities are included but you are responsible for your own food and cleaning supplies. Ideally you would help with lawn care and snow removal.

I am a 57 year old female that is stable and well adjusted. I am friendly but also very independent. I am quiet and enjoy time in my room. Cannabis is used in the home and there are two cats. I have many family members and friends that I spend time with. If I’m the kind of landlord you are looking for let me know.
