Madeleine's room

The room is really small to be honest, but has big windows and is located in a great area. Also the shared spaces are very big so you can spend as much time there as you want. The apartment is rent controlled. Its a 1 minute walk from Dufferin Station so the TTC is extremely accessible. 5 Minute walk from no frills and Walmart.

It’s just me living in the apartment. It used to be me and my best friend but he will be moved out by September 1st and then you can take over his lease. I am a 3rd year TMU student taking creative industries. I am very creative and you may hear me sewing or playing the guitar but I am very conscious about ensuring I am not loud or disruptive.
